The Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia arrested in Moscow a Moldovan citizen, along with three other members of a terrorist group. The individuals are suspected of planning to commit a series of terrorist attacks in the capital of the Russian Federation.

The attacks were prepared by order of an emissary of the Islamic State that is hiding in Turkey and is currently sought by the authorities of Tajikistan.

It was also found that the group planned to use high capacity homemade bombs. 

Following the searches in the homes of the suspected terrorists, the Federal Security Service found and confiscated weapons, ammunition, explosive devices and a considerable amount of explosives intended to prepare high capacity bombs.
