The Moldovan citizen Uliana Ochinciuc (the former Hexi Pharma’s owner Dan Condrea’s life partner), Laura Georgescu (the Dan Condrea’s former wife) and the Condrea’s former business partner Miron Panaitescu were indicted by the National Anticorruption Directorate prosecutors on the corruption case. Uliana Ochinciuc and her brother Radu Ochinciuc (who’s the owner of the videochatting business in Romania and Moldova) are investigated under the judicial supervision for 60 days. They both are accused of money laundering.
The general director of the Hexi Pharma Dinu Flori was indicted for committing 128 durable frauds and 29 fraudulent schemes with the disease control.
"Dinu Flori as the Hexi Pharma general director was responsible for the corporate sales. He knew that the products were diluted, but Flori managed and signed many contracts with hospitals for purchasing the disinfectants. In the fraudulent schemes were included many Hexi Pharma’s employees: all of them knew the disinfectants were diluted, but hey have still being distributing the diluted disinfectants and placing their offers on the portal e-licitatii.ro", – it’s mentioned in the Attorney General Office’s press release.
About the criminal investigation against the Ochinciucs it is told that:
“Ochinciuc Uliana and Ochinciuc Radu are investigated under the judicial supervision for 60 days since June 2, 2016. They were informed about the accusations against them in accordance with the art. 309 of the Criminal Procedure Code. They were reminded that, in case of violating their obligations, the measure of judicial supervision may be replaced to the house arest or to the imprisonment. We specify that the criminal investigation is being done in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code".
