The chief of the economic relations directorate from the Chisinau City Hall, Maria Onişciuc, was found guilty by the Râşcani Court for unauthorized construction. One of her duties was perfecting the set of documents for the locations of rooms on the balance of the municipality, but also for their modification.
The contravention file was opened by the State Construction Inspectorate, after they discovered that Onişciuc displaced walls of the apartment where she lives, jeopardizing the resistance of the bloc.
Although she was found guilty, the woman was not fined because the limitation period expired three months.
Maria Onişciuc left for the hearing during the working hours, telling her colleagues that she was going to the doctor.
Some sources from the Architecture Directorate of the Chisinau City Hall communicated for CrimeMoldova that Onişciuc had taken a technical floor of the building, without perfecting the necessary documents for leasing.
