Petrenco group members remain under judicial supervision for another 30 days; they are under investigation for mass disorder.

Today, Chisinau Court of Appeal upheld the prolongation of judicial control, extended earlier this month by the magistrates of Rascani District Court, communicates.

Restrictions, which provide for a ban to attend public places, where protests are held and the obligation not to leave the country, remain in effect.

Recall that Petrenco group representatives were arrested in September 2015 after the protests, held in front of the Prosecutor’s General Office, being accused of organizing mass disorder. Initially, the group members were under arrest in Prison No. 13. This February, they were placed under house arrest, and later under judicial control.
