The court of Moscow has recognized as legal the arrest warrant, issued in early December into the name of the Democratic Party leader, Vlad Plahotniuc.  Plahotniuc is suspected of committing several serious crimes on grounds of ethnic, political and ideological hatred.

According to, the court of Moscow, which examines the appeals, has retained Basman's decision to issue an arrest warrant into Plahotniuc's name in his absence and to announce him wanted.
