The businessman Veaceslav Platon, has sent a letter to his lawyers complaining of detention conditions.

He wrote that he sits in a cell in the basement, full of insects and for two days he covered himself with old newspapers which the guards gave him to read, says protv.md.

According to the lawyer Ana Ursachi, the businessman, detained in Prison no. 13, sent another letter to his lawyers today, complaining about the conditions in which he is held.

Recall that on September 1, the Buiucani District Court accepted the prosecutor's request to extend for 30 days the arrest warrant of Veaceslav Platon. Platon was placed in Prison No. 13, which is where former Prime Minister Vlad Filat is detained.
